Our Philosophy

Samatva aims to provide each student with a 'yoga and mindfulness toolbelt' to help them enhance their overall wellbeing and maintain a healthy, balanced and flourishing life.

Samatva works to help students develop and practice a variety of wellbeing tools and strategies for them to draw on in a simple and accessible way at any point in their day-to-day lives.


This should enable each individual to move through the ups and downs of life with a greater sense of ease, resilience, purpose, and fulfillment.
